Use DATEV data services
The service can be set up quickly together with your tax advisor. The following requirements must be met:
- You need an authorization for DATEV (DATEV-mIDentity-Stick or Smart Login).
- Your tax consultant works with DATEV.
- Your tax advisor has activated you for the DATEV data services and set up online receipts.
DATEV booking data service
The DATEV Buchungsdatenservice allows you to transfer booking data (i.e. the relevant information on business transactions) directly from Spesenfuchs to DATEV. This involves booking data for travel expense reports or business expenses, including digital receipt images. The service is designed to transfer all relevant data for posting business transactions without the need for manual input.
DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0
The DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0, on the other hand, allows you to extract invoice data directly from the documents and transfer it to DATEV. It includes not only booking data, but also invoice details such as amounts, tax rates, supplier information and other invoice data. This service simplifies the entire invoicing process by automatically extracting the relevant data from incoming invoices and transferring it to the DATEV system. This simplifies invoice verification and posting.
